Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an Aviation Freight Manager (ID17493, 2000 USD):
- Supervise the end-to-end operations of air export and import cargo for company-secured customers.
- Conduct regular analysis and provide insights into trends and developments in air cargo market.
- Enhance service offerings based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage the operational team effectively to ensure efficiency and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, air consolidators, customs brokers, and inland transportation providers.
- Negotiate and coordinate with partners to optimize freight solutions.
- Ensure service excellence through continuous communication with both new and existing customers.
- Address customer concerns proactively and implement solutions for service improvement.
- Propose and suggest plans for process enhancements and cost optimization.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 07 years of experience in the air freight industry
- In-depth knowledge of RFQs, pricing strategies, and contract management.
- Fluent in English.
