Job Description

- Identify opportunities for automation in production processes.
- Lead the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems and machinery.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and IT teams to integrate automation solutions effectively.
- Evaluate new automation technologies and provide recommendations to management.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated systems to improve reliability and performance.
- Train technical staff and machine operators on automated equipment usage and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with automation solution providers and equipment suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards during automation implementation.
Requirement
- Male; Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in automation, preferably in the garment/ textile or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with CAD, SCADA, or other automation-related software is an advantage.
- Good at English.
