Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Air Export Operation (1.100 USD, ID 17845)
-
Coordinate daily with carriers and warehouses regarding BUP (Block Utilization Plan) schedules and updates.
-
Monitor and follow up on consolidation shipments, including check-in times, volume updates, and issuance of MAWB (Master Air Waybill) details.
-
Oversee the BUP build-up process at the warehouse, ensuring proper loading plans and manifest accuracy.

Manage and track any additional costs associated with each BUP, ensuring cost control and documentation.

Prepare and submit weekly BUP performance reports for internal review and planning.

Accurately summarize accounts receivable (AR) related to BUP activities and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 35 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5-7 years of experience in Air Operation, Air Export positions for Air Freight companies.
- English proficiency in 4 skills
- Excel proficiency.
