Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $600+/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Accounting Staff (Commercial, ID17328) for a foreign investment company:
- Input data into the ERP system.
- Issue VAT invoices to customers.
- Check and submit reimbursement requests from departments.
- Follow up and work with customers and suppliers on accounts receivable and payable; send payment reminder letters to customers weekly/monthly.
- Coordinate with the Operations department to monitor contracts, payments, and deposits.
- Provide documents to the accounting service provider for bookkeeping (VAS) and explain any related issues (if any).
- Provide information to headquarters (monthly): estimated revenue, net book value, overdue accounts, support monthly reporting, and other requests from the Accounting Manager.
- Review and prepare documents for submission to the bank: domestic and international transfers; update legal matters...
Requirement
- Female, 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of Economics/Accounting
- From 2 years of experience in accounting at service companies or trading companies
- Focused on data/numbers and reporting to the parent company.
- Intermediate level of English
