Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become an Accounting Manager (EPE, ID17794) at a foreign-invested manufacturing company (taking a shuttle bus from Hanoi) and earn $1700/month:
- Responsible for overseeing the company’s full financial operations and reporting directly to the General Manager, Financial Controller, and Group Accountant.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with VAS and IFRS, including cash flow forecasts and management accounting.
- Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and banks to support audits, tax filings, and banking matters.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful reports, KPIs, and insights to support business decisions.
- Support budgeting, internal controls, and financial planning processes.
- Verify and authorize payments and purchases following company policies.
- Lead and supervise the finance team, including performance appraisals and task delegation.
- Oversee the ERP system (ODOO), ensuring proper functionality, user training, and data accuracy.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 34-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, certified Chief Accountant.
- 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant for an EPE, experience in cost accounting.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- CPA qualification (completed or in progress).
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with local teams and overseas headquarters.
- Familiar with Odoo ERP system.
