Job Description
-
Ensure cargo safety and security during transportation through risk management strategies and regular training.

Maintain compliance with legal and customer-specific regulations.

Optimize transportation routes, fleet usage, and operational efficiency to reduce cost and delivery time.

Plan and allocate transportation resources (vehicles, drivers, equipment) to meet operational demands.
-
Monitor performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
-
Build strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure service quality.
-
Develop and improve standard operating procedures and scalable frameworks.
-
Lead transportation-related projects, including new systems or technology implementation.
-
Manage, train, and develop a high-performance transportation team.
-
Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives, including fuel efficiency and carbon footprint reduction.
Requirement
- Male. Under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in 3PL logistics and at least 3 years in transportation operations management.
- Proven experience with multi-regional and multimodal (road, sea, air, rail) transport operations.
- Proficiency in TMS (Transport Management Systems), data analysis, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
