- Taking responsibility for production targets of the line: output, yield, efficiency, delivery…
- Organizing and controlling production resources: labor, materials, machine…
- Implementing and maintaining 5S, Kaizen, Safety program on the line
- Controlling and supervising the application of required rules and mandatory standards of the department
- Cooperating within production and with other departments of the company
- Supervising the direct reports: Shift Leaders and/or team leaders Improving competences of the team

- University graduated in Technical background: Mechanics, Electronics
- Experience in production management
- Knowledge of production processes and product
- Experience in human resources management
- Microsoft Office
- Axapta or SAP knowledge is preferable
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- At least 3 year experience in the same position
