HRchannels client is a simiconductor in Binh Duong province to recruit Production Supervisor - Electronic Manufacturing.
- Ensure steady flow of production activities, produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity & at the right time
- Ensure optimal machine utilization
- Oversee the Production Department scheduling, production control, inventory control & output
- Motivate & develop a cohesive production team
- Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot & provide solutions & actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products, process & quality system
- To lead a team of technicians & operators to meet production yield & target
- In charge of the workshop's daily output requirements & operational efficiency
- Liaise with production on planning output requirements

- Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Familiar with PCB Assembly
|
