SAP Project Lead

Our client is a leading software company
- Assist to plan, manage and implement the project to computerize the human resource and faculty administration business processes
- Define, track and manage project timelines, milestones and dependencies
- Set and manage project expectations with stakeholders and team members
- Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks promptly
- Communicate project matters (milestones, tasks, risks, issues etc) to stakeholders and team members in a timely and clear manner
- Provide project documentation according to the Project Development Methodology
- Review and QC team members’ deliverables
- Conduct post implementation reviews to gather stakeholders’ feedback and measure the project success
- Supervise, coach and train project team members

|
- Good Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in enterprise application development and implementation, out of which at least 3 years in the role of project manager / lead
- Experience in SAP HR project implementation is preferred
- Good knowledge of software development life cycles and structured project development methodology
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and project management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
