Training Manager (IT Solutions & SAP Application)
|

|
- Responsible for meeting the Training needs of business users in support of the rollout of new IT solutions
- Trainings covering web solutions as well as SAP solutions encompassing functional activities such as Sales, Materials Management, Marketing, Finance, Logistics.
- Prepare and deliver training via the Intranet and Structured Training Sessions.
- Developing and managing content that is to be used for training or for reference through the employee learning portal.
- Planning, procurement and/or development of any tools needed for the delivery of training content.
- Document, post and maintain training material on to Intranet Site.
- Working with IT development teams to understand and learn solution capabilities.
- Delivery of training to the Group of Companies

|
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, and Training & Development.
- 5-6 years Tutoring / Teaching experience
- 3 years experience in Training departments in Public Company Environment / Multi National Company
- Well verse in M/S office applications PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Outlook;
- Efficient in using Visio Professional Flow Chart & SAP ECC 6.0
- Strong knowledge of business processes across multiple facets of the organisation.
- Skills in preparation and maintenance of training material including but not limited to SAP.
