Firmware Manager
Job description
Our client is a leading software company in Vietnam
Manage and lead software teams in R&D projects
Recruit and groom engineers and provide career development to engineers in the3 software team
Scope and allocate software resources to projects based on requirements and priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all projects
Job requirement
Bachelor/Masters of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Science
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in embedded software development
Minimum 3 years in a project leadership role
Strong project management and technical architectural skills
Strong communication skills
