Interior Designer cum Building Management Officer

Our client, a public listed company, is inviting highly motivated candidate to fill the following position: Interior Designer cum Building Management Officer
- To assist the respective principals & to participate in the space planning, conceptual design development, detailing and coordination of projects.
- AutoCAD detailing & construction documentation.
- To look after the daily operations and upkeep of the retail outlets and office building.

|
- Possess a diploma in interior design, architecture studies or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Presentation
- Experience in retail interior design an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in project supervision and coordination
- Knowledge in building rules and regulations
- Knowledge in building operations and upkeep/maintenance
- Able to work independently
- Highly motivated and possess good working attitude
- Able to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
