Job description

• Manage the planning and execution of Marketing Strategy and Programs from concept through project management to execution. These programs include exhibitions, product launches, road-shows, conferences, partners’ events, as well as demand generation program including direct mailers.
• Plan, develop and execute all Marketing activities, including advertising, direct mailing, collaterals creative/development/production, web or online creative/development/production, and events initiated and organized
• Plan, develop and execute all Marketing Communication activities, including briefing of new jobs to agencies, managing timeline, conceptualization of retail market collaterals
• Work with Product Marketing Team to design, plan, develop and produce all communications strategies, activities, and retail merchandizing materials. Ensure brand consistency throughout the department’s marketing campaigns, retail merchandizing material and activities
• Work with Sales Team to design, plan, develop and produce all communications strategies, activities, programs and retail merchandizing materials. Ensure brand consistency throughout the department’s marketing campaigns, retail merchandizing material and activities
• Manage external vendors and source sponsors/partners in relation to advertising, promotions, direct mailing, collaterals production, web/online development, events and retail merchandizing
• Develop and manage project schedules and negotiation with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion with great quality and within budget
• Liaise with the Sales & Product Marketing Team to drive retention programs and build consumer advocacy

1. Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field with 2-5 years of marketing experience with people management experience
2. Relevant experience in IT Hardware /Peripherals brand management will be a plus
3. Marketing knowledge qualification preferred
4. Proven marketing communications and retail background/knowledge.
5. Well organized. Strong project management skills and experience working across groups
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Action oriented. Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
8. Creative, Enthusiasm and self motivation
9. Ability to operate with little direct supervision
